Although the Praying Mantis techinally doesn't have hands, they have legs - but Mantis Leg doesn't really sound cool so we call it the Mantis Hand. With the pointed end, you can use this hold on cliff hangers as well. 
 
Also commonly known as the talon but it just looks like more of a mantis leg, or mantis hand rather.
